That finding supports the brand's licensing identity, not a promise about its service. We have not opened a funded account, deposited, withdrawn or tested customer support for this update. Our judgement is therefore narrow: the register check is positive, while current payment options, cashier limits and processing performance need evidence from the operator's present terms or an actual account.
