Silkbet Review: Is Silk Bet Live, Legit and Licensed in the UK?

Silkbet (also searched as Silk Bet) is a genuine UK-licensed company, but it is not yet a casino you can play at. Silkbet Limited holds active Gambling Commission licences under account 101183, while silkbet.bet, where silkbet.co.uk also points, was still showing a "launching 2026" holding page when we checked in late September 2026. There is no login, registration, lobby or cashier.

That means there is nothing to rate yet: no bonus, games, payment methods, withdrawal times or support channels to assess. Our verdict is simple. The company checks out, but wait for the official site to open with full terms before signing up anywhere using the Silkbet name.

The licence side is solid. Checked against the UKGC register in September 2026, Silkbet Limited (account 101183) holds remote casino, remote general betting (real event) and remote general betting (virtual event) licences, all active from 7 May 2026. The register shows no trading names, three domains and no regulatory action.

Silkbet Limited is an English company, number 16808599, incorporated on 24 October 2025, with its registered office and head office at 4 Grosvenor Square, Southampton SO15 2BE. Its sole director is Edward Robert Samuel Kelly, appointed on incorporation, who is named as Silkbet's chief executive in industry coverage of the brand's platform deal.

Three domains are registered to Silkbet Limited: silkbet.bet, silkbet.co.uk and silkbet.com. In September 2026, silkbet.co.uk redirected to silkbet.bet, which showed a one-page teaser with the line "Think betting in the UK could do with a reset?" and a short manifesto signed off "Launching 2026". silkbet.com returned a 401 unauthorised error, so it has no public content yet.

The teaser describes Silkbet as "the smoother way to bet", promising smart design, fair odds and "real support from knowledgeable people", with no call centres. It is a marketing page, not a product: there are no terms, no privacy policy, no support contact and no account area.

The teaser says Silkbet is "fully UK regulated" but shows no company number or Gambling Commission account number. That is normal for a holding page, but once the site starts trading those details should appear in the footer with a working link to the register, and that is the first thing to check.

Silkbet had not announced a launch date when its platform deal was reported in August 2026. Until the site opens with a footer naming Silkbet Limited and account 101183, there is no official place to register.

Search for "silkbet casino" and you will find sites such as silkbet.org and silkbet.net with pages titled "Silkbet Casino", app downloads, sign-up forms and responsible gambling policies. Neither domain appears on Silkbet Limited's register entry, and the real Silkbet is not open for business, so any site already taking registrations under the name is not the licensed operator.

There are also blog-style articles describing "Silkbet Casino" games, bonuses and features in detail. None of it matches anything published by Silkbet Limited, and we have ignored those claims.

Do not register, deposit or upload ID on any Silkbet-branded site unless it is silkbet.bet, silkbet.co.uk or silkbet.com, its footer names Silkbet Limited and account 101183, and its licence link opens gamblingcommission.gov.uk.

Silkbet will run on Digitain, the sportsbook and casino technology supplier. The deal, announced on 24 August 2026, is a turnkey setup covering sports betting, horse racing, virtual sports, casino game aggregation, customer relationship tools and payments, with 24/7 technical support.

In practice that means Silkbet's casino will draw games from Digitain's aggregation rather than a single in-house studio, and its cashier will run through Digitain's payment tools. Which studios, which payment methods and what withdrawal times Silkbet actually switches on will only be known when the site opens, so we are not listing any.

The brand pitches itself as a boutique challenger rather than a mass-market bookmaker, and its licences cover casino, real event betting and virtual betting, so expect a sportsbook and casino under one account.

Nothing is confirmed yet. Silkbet has not published a welcome offer, wagering terms, game list, payment methods, minimum deposit, withdrawal limits or payout times. Any site quoting Silkbet bonus figures right now is either guessing or not the real operator.

When the site opens, the terms to read first are the withdrawal section (methods, processing time, any fees and whether a deposit must be played through), the maximum win or payout caps for casino games, the dormant account rules and the customer funds protection rating. Those details matter more than the size of any launch offer.

Silkbet has no registration process live, so its document list and verification timing are unknown. As a UK-licensed operator it will have to confirm your name, address and date of birth before you can deposit or play.

The manifesto hints at a hands-on approach, saying Silkbet will work with players whether they are salaried or self-employed to keep things balanced, which suggests affordability conversations may come up earlier than at larger bookmakers. Only send documents through the upload or support route inside the official site, never to an address found on a lookalike page or social media.

There is no Silkbet support email, live chat or phone line published yet. The holding page promises real support from knowledgeable people, but that cannot be tested until the site opens.

Once it launches, look for a written complaints procedure and the name of the independent dispute service Silkbet uses. Complaints go to the operator first; if Silkbet cannot resolve yours within eight weeks, you can take it to that nominated service. Keep screenshots, emails and transaction references from day one.

The registered address at 4 Grosvenor Square, Southampton is on public record if you ever need to write to the company formally.

Silkbet's safer gambling controls cannot be checked until the site is live. Before depositing, make sure deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion are easy to find in the account area, and that the site blocks you if you are registered with GAMSTOP.

We matched Silkbet to the Gambling Commission register entry for account 101183, including licence dates and its three domains, and to the Companies House record for company 16808599. We then visited silkbet.bet, silkbet.co.uk and silkbet.com in September 2026 and read the holding page and manifesto.

We also read trade coverage of the Digitain platform deal and checked the search results for lookalike Silkbet casino sites.

We did not open an account, deposit or contact support, because there is no live product to test. We will update this review with bonus, banking and support details once Silkbet opens and publishes its terms.
