Checked against the UKGC register in September 2026, Solaya's licence covers three remote activities: casino, bingo and linked gambling software, all active since 11 November 2025. There is no betting permission, so none of these brands should be offering a sportsbook.

PlaySunny's footer puts it plainly: the site is operated by Solaya Group Limited and licensed in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission. Casushi's support page gives the same operator.

Five live domains, two white labels

The register lists eight domains for Solaya Group Limited. Five are active own-brand sites:

Because every brand shares one operator, self-exclusion and account restrictions can follow you between them. If you close a Casushi account for gambling reasons, do not open one at Fruit Kings or Peachy Games instead.

Most of these brands were built under Dazzletag Entertainment Limited, a London-registered operator licensed since November 2014. On 1 April 2026 the operator changed to Solaya Group Limited, and Casushi's own support page records Solaya as operator from that date, with Dazzletag named as the previous operator.

The brands' terms describe the switch as an intra-group restructuring with no change of ownership or management. Customer accounts moved across with the brands, so players did not need to re-register.

The paperwork backs this up. Solaya's licence was granted on 11 November 2025, almost five months before the switch, and the Dazzletag register entry shows all of its remote licences surrendered on 6 August 2026.

Solaya Group Limited is registered in Gibraltar as company number 125734. Casushi's support page gives its registered address as Finsbury House, 32 Line Wall Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA, while the Gambling Commission lists its head office as Suite 849 Europort, Europort Road, Gibraltar GX11 1AA.

On the bingo side, Solaya works with Playtech. In May 2026 Playtech was named exclusive bingo provider for Solaya's UK brands, after moving Zebra Bingo onto its iBingo platform and then migrating Bingo Stars and Peachy Games. That means those bingo rooms share Playtech's player pool rather than running as closed rooms.

Match the address bar to the domain list exactly. Sites that borrow the Casushi or Fruit Kings name on a different domain are not covered by this licence, even if they copy the logo.
