Yes. Sun Bingo is licensed through Red Rock Managed Services Limited, a Gibraltar-based operator with an active Gambling Commission licence and no regulatory actions on its record. The same licence carries three sister sites: The Sun Vegas, Fabulous Bingo and Fabulous Vegas.

Checked against the UKGC register in September 2026, Red Rock's licence covers remote bingo, casino, betting on real events and betting on virtual events, all active since 2 October 2025. The register records no trading names for the company, which is why most players never see the Red Rock name.

Red Rock has four domains on the register, and all four are listed with white-label status rather than as Red Rock's own brands:

White label here means the brand comes from the newspaper side while Red Rock holds the licence and is responsible for your account, your money and your complaint. Any other domain using the Sun Bingo name is not covered, so compare it with the Red Rock domain list before you sign up.

Until March 2026 these sites ran on the licence of VF2011 Limited, an Alderney-registered company at Millennium House, Ollivier Street. The VF2011 register entry shows its bingo, casino and betting licences surrendered on 9 March 2026.

Red Rock's licence was already in place by then, having gone live on 2 October 2025. The official SunBingo app on the Apple App Store now lists Red Rock Managed Services Limited as its developer, although older copyright text in the listing still names VF2011.

For players, the brands and web addresses stayed the same. What changed is the company you have a contract with, so any complaint, withdrawal dispute or data request now goes to Red Rock.

Sun Bingo launched in 2006 as the bingo arm of The Sun, published by News Group Newspapers. It has changed operator several times: Tombola ran it for around four years, Gamesys took over from 2010, and in November 2015 News UK signed a five-year deal for Playtech to run Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo on its Virtue Fusion bingo platform.

• The address bar shows one of the four domains above, spelt exactly. Lookalike "Sun Bingo login" sites on other domains are not on this licence.
• The site or app terms name Red Rock Managed Services Limited. Terms that still name VF2011 as your operator are out of date.
• You download the app from the official Apple or Google store, not from a link on a third-party page.
• If you self-exclude from one of the four sites, the others may apply the same block, since they share an operator.

Operator first, then IBAS

Start with customer support. The SunBingo App Store listing gives support@sunbingo.co.uk, a phone line on 020 3962 1818 and live chat. Put your complaint in writing and include your username, the dates and the transaction or game round involved.
